Why We’re Here
We help participants to make critically conscious choices in all aspects of their business and professional lives.
Many individuals face experiences of discrimination in the workplace and feel unsure about how to respond because complaints of this kind are often improperly resolved. Instead, the individual may face resistance from fellow employees and management, resulting in damaged working relationships. This means that workplace discrimination (including offensive remarks, homophobia, microaggression, exclusion, racism, sexism, and oversight) often goes unreported and discriminatory behaviours in the workplace remain. At Inner Source, we help participants navigate toxic environments and support organizations in identifying and preventing potential human rights violations.
