Uniquely Crafted Sessions

Personal and Corporate Coaching

Our private coaching services are designed for administrators and management who would like to learn how to appropriately address racism and discrimination in the workplace. This personalized and confidential service will prepare decision-makers and senior leaders to handle discrimination, lead discussions regarding reparations and facilitate measurable actions. Private coaching can benefit an individual or a small group by working to develop skills, policy and programs to build a legacy of fairness and justice in their workplace for employees, volunteers, students, etc. This legacy includes addressing racism and discrimination preemptively or as they occur. The session will also help leaders to address racism and discrimination without placing the burden on those that are systemically marginalized including racialized, Black and Indigenous people, people living with disabilities, LGBTQ2IA+, gender non-conforming people, and those with different religions, to educate and problem solve systemic conditions. Completing this coaching will position individuals to embody strong equitable and justice focused leadership.
This service will benefit professionals who feel they are experiencing systemic racism and discrimination in the workplace. It is particularly for individuals who feel as though the working environment has prevented them from achieving goals, stymied advancement, or is toxic. This coaching will support individuals to develop skills designed to help them survive and thrive in the racist and discriminatory environment.
This crisis coaching is designed for institutions and organizations who are currently experiencing a racial justice or social justice crisis as a result of backlash from behaviours deemed to be discriminatory (eg. employment and advancement, marketing, etc.). An organization may have a history of discrimination or may have unintentionally fallen into an incident due to offensive behaviours. This coaching will provide a personalised and targeted crisis control plan as well as crisis prevention training to avoid future incidents and build a better infrastructure.

We offer many opportunities for speaking engagements at conferences, academic and government institutions, private businesses, and professional organisations. Our team’s areas of expertise include racism, anti-Black racism, Islamophobia, ageing, migration and immigration, mental health and wellness, education and teaching, and domestic violence against women and girls. However, speaking engagements may involve a number of other topics which may be central to the event or the host organisation.

Intensive Growth and Support Opportunities

Transformative Retreats

These retreats are more than just relaxation and yoga. For those looking for career building skills, or professional or personal support, our retreats can offer you just that. These intensives will allow participants to rest and recharge, offer personalized tools for achieving goals, and provide a group of peers with similar experiences for long-term support.
This retreat program will create a welcoming and safer space for Black women to support each other in their personal or professional lives. Individuals within this intimate group of up to 8 women may rest, recharge, and find helpful solutions for those experiencing systemic racism or discrimination in the workplace. This program will offer a supporting group who can understand difficulties specific to Black women, and help individuals to develop skills which will allow them to thrive in their toxic or discriminatory environment.
This retreat will allow women to be supported by women in their personal lives or careers. In this small group of up to 8 women, individuals will have the opportunity to rest, recharge, and seek advice for professional endeavours. Women in this group will develop skills which will allow them to excel in their workplace environment – especially those which have a history of sexist and discriminatory behaviours.
This retreat will offer academic professionals the opportunity to learn from and be supported by a small group of their peers in pursuit of their academic endeavours. In this program, individuals will develop skills to set and work towards achieving goals, and develop strategies to secure promotions within academic institutions.
